Based on her experience working in financial circles such as J.P. MORGAN, she is working as a human resources development expert for Z & Millennial who wants to be the best in his field and analyzing the latest trends in industries and companies.
She has consulted more than 1,300 of ‘80~’90s generations one-on-one working at large companies, foreign companies, start-ups, and professionals to help them design their future. With such vast experiences, she understands better than anyone else about 'better company conditions' and 'career' views. She has lectured at KAIST Business School, JoongAng Ilbo Polin, Study Pie, Korea Financial Investment Association, and the National Pension Service. She will talk about the work worth done at real workplace through various collaborations while working as an adjunct professor at Kyung Hee University.
