She is the director of the IGM Global Management Institute and is responsible for the overall education program including the CEO program. She has been studying and lecturing on changes in the way of working in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, leadership, strategy implementation, value management, and system management, and has contributed columns to major daily newspapers.
